Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

The items offered for sale on this website ( are personal use items which, once sold, cannot be restocked or resold. This is reflected in our policy on returns, exchanges and refunds. It is important that you read this policy, in its entirety, before you order.

What Can Be Returned

Merchandise packaged in a Single pak (one item per package) can be returned if it is defective, to exchange for a different size, or for a refund.

Merchandise packaged in either a 2/Pak (two items per package) or a 3/Pak (three items per package) cannot be returned and is not refundable. However, if any item contained in a 2/Pak or a 3/Pak is defective, that item can be returned for either a replacement or a refund.

Return Authorization (RA)

Before any merchandise can be returned you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a RA number by email, click here. Or, you can request a RA number by calling, us at: (310) 832-0330. All merchandise returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.

Returning Merchandise

All returned merchandise must be received, by us, within ten (10) business day of its delivery date. Returned items received after ten (10) business day of its delivery date will be returned to the sender. The item(s) being returned must be accompanied by its original packing slip with the RA number clearly written on it. Send your return merchandise package to the following address:

In the unlikely event a defective item slips through our inspection process and gets shipped to you, the defective item can be returned for either a replacement or a refund. This applies to any defective item that was shipped to you in a Single pack, a 2/Pak, or a 3/Pak.

A "Return Merchandise Shipping Label" will be sent you to, by email, within 24 hours of your being issued a RA number for the return of the defective item(s). Print this label, attached it to your return merchandise package, then mail the package to us. The replacement item(s) will be shipped back to you the next business day after we receive your return merchandise package containing the defective item(s).


After receiving your order you can request a RA number to return an item for exchange when all three of the following conditions exist:

  • This was your first purchase of the item you want to exchange.
  • You purchased only one Single pack of the item.
  • You want to exchange the item for a different size or a refund.

All charges associated with the shipping of the merchandise being returned for exchange is your responsibility. Merchandise returned for exchange that do not meet the three conditions stated above will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

The exchanged items(s) will be shipped to you on the next business day after we receive your return merchandise package. Once the exchanged item has been shipped it cannot later be returned for refund.


Defective items and items qualified for exchange are the only items eligible for a refund.  All refunds are processed on the day we receive your returned merchandise package. The amount of the refund will equal the purchase price of the returned merchandise.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account for the amount of your refund and should appear on your next statement. If payment was by money order, a refund check will be sent to you by first-class mail.

Credit Card Charges

Charges for your purchase are generally made to your credit card on the day your order is shipped and will appear on your credit card statement as "Quinobe LLC"
